Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial statement analysis, regulatory reporting, and adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Lead risk management efforts by conducting risk analysis, ensuring compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations), and industry-specific regulations.
• Manage treasury functions such as cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity and fiscal stability.
• Supervise financial reporting processes, including the interpretation of profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports for executive decision-making.
• Drive revenue management initiatives through market analysis, revenue cycle management, and strategic pricing models.
