Duties

• Oversee corporate accounting functions, including financial statement analysis, regulatory reporting, and adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Lead risk analysis initiatives to identify potential financial threats and implement effective risk management practices aligned with COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) frameworks.
• Manage treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity and fiscal health.
• Drive revenue management efforts through strategic pricing, revenue cycle management, and business development initiatives.
• Supervise budgeting processes, expense control measures, cost management strategies, and financial projection model development to ensure accurate forecasting.
