Duties

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger management, account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost control measures.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial projection models to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Manage treasury functions such as cash flow analysis, risk management, investment oversight, and compliance with regulatory reporting standards.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial vulnerabilities; implement mitigation strategies aligned with industry best practices.
• Supervise the finance team’s activities in financial report writing, interpretation of profit & loss statements, balance sheet reconciliation, and fiscal management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations including ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and industry-specific standards; oversee internal controls and audit processes.
