Duties

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of accounting functions including corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and technical accounting standards such as IAS (International Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Manage financial reporting processes by preparing accurate financial statements, interpreting complex financial data, and ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements.
• Direct treasury management activities including cash flow analysis, investment management, risk analysis, and cost control initiatives to optimize liquidity and fiscal stability.
• Supervise budgeting processes, financial projection model development, forecasting activities, and cost management strategies to support strategic planning efforts.
• Oversee internal controls related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and account analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
