About the Opportunity

The Las Olas Network is partnering with a growing, multi-entity healthcare services organization to hire a Financial Controller. This individual will play a critical leadership role in bringing dedicated senior accounting oversight in-house, supporting a platform that now spans 11+ legal entities.

This is a highly visible seat reporting directly to the CFO, with a role on the organization's budget committee alongside the COO and Chief Development Officer. A third-party team already owns day-to-day bookkeeping, so this is a step up in scope, not more hands-on-keyboard work. The opportunity is to build out the oversight, forecasting, and reporting infrastructure as the platform continues to scale.

What You'll Own

• Oversee the third-party accounting/bookkeeping relationship and monthly close process
• Lead intercompany reconciliations across 11+ legal entities, ensuring accuracy within materiality thresholds
• Maintain a rolling 26-week cash flow forecast
• Own monthly budget-to-actuals reporting, delivering executive-level analysis on variances
• Lead the external audit process and coordinate tax prep with outside advisors
• Partner directly with the CFO, COO, and Chief Development Officer as a member of the budget committee
• Present financial performance and recommendations to executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
• Healthcare industry experience required (Medicare Advantage, managed care, or provider organization exposure a plus; health plan experience not required)
• Multi-entity accounting experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with cash flow forecasting and budget-to-actuals reporting
• Strong executive-level communication and presence
• Familiarity
