In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: remote (#Li-Remote) and can be anywhere in the U.S.

Your role and responsibilities

* Partner with business leadership to develop and execute the U.S. Electrification Services strategy, translating goals into business plans, forecasts, and measurable performance targets. * Provide financial leadership and business insights by monitoring performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising management on operational and commercial decision-making. * Ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant financial reporting through strong controllership, internal controls, financial processes, and timely month-end closing activities. * Oversee project financial operations, including job costing, work-in-process inventory, billing and revenue recognition, accounts receivable collections, and accounting process consistency across the business. Qualifications for the role

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a financial position
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
• Experience with ERP (SAP)
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
• Competitive, strong leadership, attention to detail, self-critic, and excellent customer service attitude
