Position Overview

Dutch Bros is a rapidly growing company on a mission to deliver speed, quality, and service to our customers. The Dutch Bros Treasury team is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to support this mission by managing corporate risk programs, evaluating customer payment disputes, and supporting core treasury functions. This role actively supports the company's corporate insurance program, investigates customer payment disputes and chargebacks, and serves as an operational backup for core daily Treasury functions. The ideal candidate possesses high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional workflows across multiple web and banking portals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications

* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. * 0–3 years of experience in finance, treasury, risk management, or payment processing. Prior retail or multi-unit franchise experience is a plus. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint). Hands-on experience navigating bank portals, merchant processing portals, and specialized web applications is a plus. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and dispute-resolution skills. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to summarize financial data clearly. * Ability to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines. * High commitment to internal controls, compliance, and risk mitigation.
