General Summary

The Financial Analyst - Treasury & Revenue Accounting supports the Finance Department through treasury management, banking administration, revenue accounting, cash management, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. This position is responsible for monitoring daily cash activity, managing banking transactions, maintaining cash flow forecasts, reconciling accounts, supporting revenue recognition processes, and ensuring the accuracy of block purchase funding and related financial transactions. The role serves as a key contributor to the month-end close process, cash management activities, and the organization's overall financial stewardship.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Banking and Treasury Management

• Prepare and distribute daily bank balance, deposit, and cash activity reports.
• Monitor bank account balances and cash activity to ensure sufficient funding for operational obligations.
• Update and maintain the organization’s 13-week cash flow forecast and Cash Flow Report.
• Upload and process approved EFT, ACH, positive pay, and remote check payment files thro
