Fractional Controller

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Fractional Controller to lead financial operations and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our financial reporting. Duties

• Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable processing, and month-end close procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and other regulatory requirements relevant to nonprofit, governmental, and corporate sectors.
• Lead financial reporting efforts by preparing accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings with clarity and precision.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and cash management strategies.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance; conduct risk assessments related to financial operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits; facilitate audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Supervise and mentor accounting teams remotely; foster collaboration across multiple organizations while managing deadlines efficiently.
