Duties
- Develop new client relationships through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ financial needs to recommend suitable insurance, investment, and retirement products
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with their financial goals
- Specialize in helping clients navigate their financial futures WITHOUT the requirement of a PROFESSIONAL LICENSE to get started.
- Personalized advice on insurance and retirement planning Debt elimination strategies
- Credit Repair College savings planning
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients and expand the company's customer base.

- Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of insurance products including health insurance, property casualty insurance, commercial insurance, and related regulations.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate client needs effectively.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and utilize telemarketing tools for outreach efforts.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to explain complex policies clearly and professionally.
- Understanding of benefits administration processes and HIPAA regulations related to health information privacy.
