About the Role

Ethos is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our Finance & Strategy team. The Senior Director, GTM will own financial strategy and performance management for our GTM business. You will serve as a financial thought partner to leaders across Marketing, Product, and Sales, with a specific focus on GTM modeling, user acquisition, profitability, and new business evaluation. You will also be responsible for interfacing with external partners through either a Corp Dev or BizDev lens in support of these objectives.

This role is ideal for a data-driven finance leader with deep experience in consumer unit economics, scaling GTM businesses, and who is willing to dive deep into the data and operations of the business. This role will have high visibility across the executive team and will require you to solve the most complex, interesting challenges of a rapidly-scaling startup.
