We are currently seeking candidates for a Financial Analyst position on our day shift. This position is an on-site job (not remote).

Position Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial management and reporting activities of the manufacturing operation, combining strong accounting expertise with financial analysis and business partnership. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains strong accounting practices, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and provides insights that improve operational performance, profitability, and decision-making.

The Finance Manager will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, including the general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, inventory accounting, and cost accounting, while partnering with operations leadership to support business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and finance activities for the manufacturing operation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reporting, and supporting schedules.
• Review and analyze trial balance activity, general ledger accounts, account reconciliations, and financial statement accuracy.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results and communicate key drivers, trends, and variances to management.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and ongoing financial performance reporting.
