Finance Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Lead to own day-to-day accounting and finance operations: from reviewing expenses, invoices, and receipts to financial reporting, forecasting, and cash & burn tracking.

You will

• Own day-to-day finance and accounting operations across different entities, with a focus on the US entity and US GAAP accounting
• Own the monthly financial close and ensure our reporting and financial data are accurate and up to date
• Work with external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and other finance providers where needed
• Build and maintain financial reporting that gives a clear view of revenue, expenses, cash, burn, runway, and overall financial health
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes, including estimating revenue, expenses, headcount, cash needs, and runway
• Build and maintain financial models to support hiring, spending, pricing, fundraising, and other strategic decisions
• Help design and improve accounting and finance processes as we scale
