Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial management and reporting functions within our construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction finance, project cost control, and team leadership, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple complex projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee budgeting, cost management, and compliance for large-scale infrastructure initiatives, driving operational excellence and strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate project scheduling, resource allocation, and schedule coordination aligned with project timelines.
• Manage contract administration processes, including review of contracts, change orders, and compliance with construction regulations.
• Lead teams responsible for construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and project documentation.
• Monitor construction site costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure construction regulatory compliance by maintaining proper documentation and adhering to industry standards.
• Utilize technical skills in Civil 3D, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software to streamline project workflows.
• Facilitate effective project coordination by managing schedules, tracking progress, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Provide leadership in managing complex infrastructure projects by coordinating between different teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives efficiently.
