Role Summary

* Title: Assistant Controller / Controller * Reports To: VP of Accounting & Finance * Location: Flower Mound, TX (Hybrid Preferred but has some remote capabilities) * Overview: This is a highly visible individual contributor role responsible for supporting the accounting function across multiple entities and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will lead month-end close activities, account reconciliations, financial reporting support, audit preparation, and daily accounting operations while ensuring all deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced growth environment

Team Structure

* Individual contributor role with no direct reports * Reports directly to the VP of Accounting & Finance * Works closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Operations, and Executive Leadership * Serves as a key member of the accounting team supporting multiple entities and ERP platforms
