Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support organizational growth and stability
• Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and industry-specific regulations such as ASC 606 and COSO frameworks
• Lead risk management initiatives, including SOX compliance, risk analysis, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory adherence
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity and financial positioning
• Direct financial reporting processes, including the preparation of accurate financial statements, profit & loss analysis, and interpretation of financial data for executive decision-making
• Oversee budgeting, expense management, cost control, and financial forecasting analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Lead mergers & acquisitions activities by conducting market analysis, valuation assessments, due diligence, and integration planning
• Supervise finance teams responsible for payroll management, cost accounting, tax accounting, governmental accounting, and supply chain finance operations
