• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow analyses, and regulatory filings.
• Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, cost control initiatives, and financial projection model development to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific financial regulations such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and relevant government mandates.
• Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow analysis, investment management, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
