About the Role

Are you a high-energy sales rep looking for a fully remote position driving real deal flow? I am an independent Commercial Broker seeking a hungry Commercial Finance Specialist to turn warm, inbound-adjacent responses into closed loans.

Prior mortgage or real estate lending experience is strictly required.

You will work directly with commercial property owners, real estate investors, and business owners who have responded to internal marketing campaigns.

This is a 100% commission role designed for driven closers who want direct reward for their results. Your focus is front-end sales: speed-to-lead, building rapport, qualifying the opportunity using your mortgage knowledge, and securing the loan application. Once the application is taken, an in-house processor handles the file from application through funding, keeping you free to focus on making calls and taking on new leads.

What You’ll Do

• Rapid Speed-to-Lead: Follow up promptly with warm business owners and real estate investors who respond to automated voice-drop campaigns.
• Front-End Deal Closing: Pitch commercial loan options, qualify initial deal metrics (LTV, DSCR), and take formal loan applications over the phone.
• Hand-off to Processing: Seamlessly transition taken applications to the processor, who handles document collection, underwriting coordination, and closing logistics.
• Proactive Pipeline Management: Work your pipeline consistently to re-engage warm prospects, overcome objections, and drive monthly deal volume.
