Responsible for driving financial integrity, championing digital innovation - including AI - integrated workflows and leading high-impact cross-functional workstreams that ensure the organization is positioned for sustainable, long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: *Strategic Partnership & Leadership** Functions as a strategic partner to the Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring financial frameworks remain meticulously aligned with overarching organizational objectives. * Provides executive leadership or serves as a core participant in multifaceted, cross-functional workstreams to drive strategic goals into successful operational execution and high-impact decision-making. * Acts as a transformative catalyst for the Accounting Center of Excellence, advocating for operational synergy and organizational evolution throughout the ministry. * Serves as Executive Leader for defined teams within the direct reporting structure.
