Youth Eastside Services (YES) is a leading provider of youth behavioral health services in East King County. Through school-based, clinic-based, and community-based programs, we partner with young people, families, schools, and communities to provide mental health counseling, substance use treatment, psychiatric services, prevention education, and family support.

Each year, YES serves more than 4,000 children, youth, and families across the Eastside. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, collaboration, equity, and the belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, supported, respected, and connected. The Opportunity

YES is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Operations to serve as a key member of senior leadership and steward the financial, operational, and people systems that power YES’ mission, as our organization grows. The Vice President of Finance and Operations will oversee YES’ financial management, compliance infrastructure, internal operations, and human resources functions. This is a builder role — this leader will develop the staff leads for HR and Systems to design and strengthen the systems and processes that allow the rest of the organization to operate with confidence and accountability.
