What this job involves

As a Senior Financial Analyst within JLL's Real Estate Management Services business unit, you will serve as a strategic financial partner to our client finance team, driving financial excellence and business growth through comprehensive financial management and analysis. This role is pivotal in supporting our team’s performance goals by delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that directly impacts client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity while contributing to JLL's mission of shaping the future of real estate for a better world. What your day-to-day will look like

• Serve as lead finance business partner to support PDS project management and capital planning / forecasting processes and deliverables, provide financial insights & reporting
• Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecast, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to stakeholders for improved decision-making
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis to ensure timely...
