FlexEtc is building a national operating platform providing businesses flexible private warehouse space, shared physical infrastructure, technology and community. Affiliated CLP investment vehicles acquire and own the real estate; FlexEtc operates the properties and member platform. The combined structure requires disciplined, accurate, continuously updated financial analysis across the operating company, individual properties and investment vehicles.

The Role

FlexEtc is seeking a hands-on Senior Portfolio Finance & Asset Management Analyst to own day-to-day forecasting, reporting and recurring portfolio analysis across FlexEtc and CLP: an execution-oriented role working directly in the models, coordinating inputs across teams and turning accounting and operating data into reliable forward-looking forecasts. The position is not a CFO, controller, fundraising, acquisitions or product-development role; it is responsible for producing accurate, timely and decision-ready financial work and completing recurring portfolio-management analysis and administration.
