We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are not just a number-cruncher — you are a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable business insights. You take ownership, meet tight deadlines without compromise, and proactively identify problems before they arise. Experience in fintech, investment banking, or Big 4 audit is a strong plus. You are comfortable working across multiple business units and collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

What You'll Do

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation for the group.

Perform in-depth financial analysis and variance reviews for subsidiaries and business lines (Fiat, Earn, Mining, NFT, etc.).

Build and maintain complex financial and operational models to evaluate product performance and new initiatives.

Drive automation projects to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

Prepare executive-level presentations with clear findings and strategic recommendations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

3+ years of relevant experience (corporate finance, FP&A, audit, or investment banking).

Strong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Python, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a strong advantage.

Exceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
