​Karuna Center for Peacebuilding is headquartered in Hadley, MA, USA, but this is a fully remote organization. The selected candidate will ideally live in an Eastern Standard time zone and be able to engage live with international partners in West Africa.

The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary range

$75,000 - $85,000 for full-time, or $60,000 - $66,000 if hired at 32 hours per week, with the salary based on the level of experience and expertise
