Part-Time FP&A Analyst

We're looking for an experienced finance pro to lead real estate financial forecasting work with our clients on a part-time basis. You'll spend a lot of your time in working sessions with client FP&A and accounting teams, so we're hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys those conversations and can engage as a trusted peer.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining real estate financial forecasts across all three statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
• Working side-by-side with client FP&A and accounting teams to understand and pressure-test their calculations, drivers, and assumptions
• Designing Power BI dashboards and reports that turn forecast outputs into insights leaders can actually act on
• Implementing and refining forecasting models in Aim Plan

What we're hoping you bring

• Direct FP&A experience — you've sat in the seat, owned the model, and can comfortably speak the language of accounting and finance leaders
• A strong handle on three-statement modeling and how real estate–specific items (NOI, debt service, cap-ex, recoveries, valuations) flow through each one
• Hands-on Power BI chops (data modeling, DAX, report design)
• Knowledge in Aimplan is a plus

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
