What you'll be doing: Act as a power user in data visualization tools (such as Power BI) to design impactful dashboards and automated reports that uncover trends and guide strategic decision-making. Analyze and interpret large, complex data sets to identify key insights, performance drivers, and actionable recommendations. Lead ongoing ad hoc reporting needs — supporting fast-moving decision cycles and senior leadership requests with accuracy and urgency. Operate as a working manager — leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while also diving into the details to execute deliverables. Serve as a trusted advisor to segment leadership, translating complex financial information into actionable insights that support operations, strategy, and growth. Lead financial planning cycles, monitor performance against targets, and proactively identify risks and opportunities. Partner closely with the accounting and finance shared services teams to ensure accurate reporting, smooth month-end close, and alignment on business priorities.
