The Manager, Financial Systems is a leadership role responsible for the operational stability and continuous improvement of the organization’s financial systems landscape. This individual will oversee day-to-day “Keeping the Lights On” (KTLO) activities to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and business continuity, while also contributing to the planning and delivery of strategic new initiatives. The Manager will be based onsite in our Alpharetta, GA office and lead a collaborative team committed to delivering excellence in financial systems support and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Keeping the Lights On (KTLO) Operations

* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operational support of all financial systems, ensuring maximum uptime, system stability, and performance. * Lead incident response, triage, and resolution processes for financial system issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors as needed. * Manage the ticket queue and prioritization of support requests, ensuring SLAs are consistently met. * Maintain system documentation including runbooks, support procedures, and known-issue logs. *...
