Owns the company's financial architecture. This is an entrepreneurial founding-stage opportunity to build the finance function, capital strategy, and investor readiness from the ground up.

All open positions Employment type: Part-time, Contractor (strategic executive), with potential to expand as funding and company operations grow.

The mission

Own the financial model, budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, unit economics, and financial reporting, while shaping capital requirements, investor readiness, due diligence, financial strategy, and banking relationships.

What you'll own

• Build and maintain the company financial model
• Lead budgeting and forecasting
• Manage cash flow and liquidity
• Define and track unit economics
• Produce financial reporting for leadership
• Model capital requirements across growth stages
• Drive investor readiness and supporting financial materials
• Lead financial due diligence with institutional partners and lenders
• Set overall financial strategy
• Build and manage banking relationships

Bootstrap orientation

We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator who is comfortable creating a finance function from the ground up, working with limited resources, prioritizing what matters most, and communicating directly with the founder and executive leadership team.

Preferred background

• Demonstrated finance leadership experience across financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
• Ability to independently manage capital planning, investor materials, and banking relationships
