Position Classification: Salary / Exempt

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / annually

As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will support the financial performance of our student housing portfolio through reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Working closely with the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst and operational leaders, you will provide insights that drive business decisions, improve property performance, maximize asset value, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce risk. This role requires strong financial acumen, organization, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets and time zones while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and value creation.
