Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team and help drive business performance through financial insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports in line with IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Utilize advanced Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools for data analysis.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and cost optimization.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
