Finance & Business Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

Rollertown Beerworks is more than a brewery.

We're an independent craft brewery, distillery, live music venue, event destination, and hospitality brand headquartered in Frisco, Texas. Every week, we host concerts, festivals, sporting events, private events, and community gatherings that bring thousands of people through our doors.

About the Position

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to help oversee the financial and administrative heartbeat of our business.

Your primary focus will be finance and accounting operations, but this is an entrepreneurial environment where every day looks a little different. We value people who are willing to jump in, solve problems, and help wherever they're needed.

This isn't a rigid corporate accounting position.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable and vendor invoices
• Prepare and send customer and sponsorship invoices
• Organize receipts and supporting financial documentation
• Reconcile company credit card transactions
• Manage Bill.com workflows
• Code and organize transactions in QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with our outside accounting partners
• Assist with month-end financial close
• Support finance, operations, and administrative projects as business needs evolve
