Commercial Energy Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the loan origination process for commercial energy projects, including assessing client needs and preparing comprehensive loan proposals. Provide business funding for growth
• Conduct thorough financial analysis using Excel data analysis techniques to evaluate project viability, risk, and creditworthiness
• Manage all aspects of loan processing and servicing, ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act), FNMA (Fannie Mae), and other relevant regulations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate contract negotiations, document preparation, and approval workflows
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of financial regulations affecting commercial lending and mortgage services within the energy sector
• Utilize financial software and Microsoft Office tools to track loan progress, generate reports, and analyze data for decision-making purposes
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding loan status, requirements, and regulatory compliance
