Our Detroit office is seeking a full-time Corporate Controller to join our multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will lead and oversee the firm’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions. The Corporate Controller will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial information, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights.

Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for

Financial Leadership & Oversight

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and project accounting
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage the integrity of the general ledger and ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while fostering professional development and accountability
