Specific components of the project remain confidential during this pre-development phase to protect the intellectual property of the company and the individual ventures within it. What we can share: this is a ground-up, founder-led build with the ambition to become a genuinely distinctive destination — one that blends elevated hospitality standards with a strong sense of community and purpose.

We are looking for a CFO who wants a true Ground Zero opportunity: to help shape the financial backbone of the company from its earliest days, working in close partnership with the Founder & CEO.

Position Overview

The CFO will collaborate directly with the CEO to guide long-term financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee all accounting and finance functions as the company moves from concept to launch. This is as much a strategic partnership as it is a functional finance role — the right candidate will act as a trusted advisor and extension of the CEO's judgment during a formative period for the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Financial Strategy & Planning: Partner with the executive team to develop long-term business plans, budgets, and forecasting models. Accounting & Reporting: Oversee preparation of all financial reports, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).
