Overview
High-Ground Financial is expanding and looking for motivated, coachable people with sales, client service, business development, leadership, military, real estate, mortgage, or entrepreneurial backgrounds.
This is not a traditional corporate job. It is a business-development opportunity in financial services where the right person can learn the industry, complete licensing, develop client relationships, and grow leadership over time.
What you’ll do
- Learn education-first financial strategy around protection, income protection, retirement planning, old employer accounts, and long-term financial clarity
- Speak with individuals, families, veterans, professionals, and business owners
- Build relationships through outreach, referrals, and client conversations
- Complete licensing requirements with support
- Participate in training, mentorship, and field development
- Grow into leadership and team-building opportunities if that is your goal
