Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts. Duties
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes
- Oversee all accounting activities ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to GAAP standards
- Monitor industry-specific financial regulations and ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws and standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue enhancement
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
- Implement and manage financial software systems to streamline reporting, analysis, and record-keeping processes
- Ensure strict financial compliance by establishing internal controls and conducting regular audits
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting and finance roles with a track record of developing complex financial models
- Strong understanding of GAAP and industry-specific financial regulations
- Proficiency with financial software such as ERP systems or advanced Excel skills for analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets into actionable insights
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory environments affecting financial operations
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus

Pay: $106,713.69 - $128,515.41 per year
