Assistant Controller

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of general accounting and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with monthly financial close and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-location, and multi-state accounting.
• Experience handling tax, payroll, regulatory, and legal filings.
• Strong internal controls and audit experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven accounting team leadership and change management experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
