Position Summary

Our Seattle office is growing, and we are seeking an Account Manager to take charge of client relationships within our liquidity management and treasury advisory practice. This role is built for a professional who has moved beyond entry-level support and is prepared to manage accounts with greater independence, contribute to commercial strategy, and serve as a reliable point of contact for clients across the Pacific Northwest.

You will operate at the intersection of financial consulting and relationship management, serving a client base that includes industrial corporations, commercial enterprises, financial institutions, and investment funds. You will report to a Senior Account Manager and coordinate daily with teams across Financial Consulting, Treasury Advisory, Compliance, Data Analytics, and Customer Success.

Key Duties

Client Portfolio Oversight

Direct a portfolio of domestic and international clients with increasing autonomy. Own day-to-day operational coordination, administrative workflows, and recurring reporting, ensuring accounts stay on track and client expectations are consistently satisfied.

Client Communication & Advisory Support

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to our liquidity management services — cash forecasting, working capital optimization, cash flow management, and treasury operations. Provide responses that are timely, accurate, and aligned with the client’s broader financial goals.

Consulting Engagement Collaboration

Partner with senior consultants to collect and evaluate client financial data. Help prepare reports, executive-level presentations, and commercial proposals. Track project milestones and escalate matters that require senior involvement.

Client Onboarding & Transition

Steer new clients through the opening phases of our relationship. Supply clear information about our service model, gather required documentation, and coordinate a smooth project launch. Ensure a seamless handoff from commercial discussions to delivery execution.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Generate regular reports covering portfolio performance, project KPIs, liquidity metrics, and client satisfaction. Use CRM platforms and advanced spreadsheet tools to compile and present data for internal stakeholders and client reviews.

Team Objective Contribution

Support the team in meeting retention goals, customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets, upselling objectives, and overall portfolio growth. Add to a collaborative culture of shared accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in account management, client advisory, commercial support, or analytical roles. Experience in consulting, corporate finance, treasury, banking, fintech, or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with a degree of independence and commercial awareness.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to produce professional documents — reports, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Working knowledge of liquidity management concepts (cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking relationships) is a significant advantage.

Language Skills

Fluency in additional languages is warmly welcomed and considered a valuable asset. Our firm serves international clients and operates with global consulting methodologies, so the ability to communicate in languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German will support your work with cross-border clients and international projects. English fluency is required for all internal and client-facing communication.

Personal Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and professional presence.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and intellectually curious, with a genuine desire to deepen expertise in liquidity management.
  • Effective problem-solver who can translate complex client needs into actionable steps.
  • Collaborative team player who adapts well to a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.

Compensation & Perks

We believe that outstanding contributions merit outstanding recognition. Our compensation structure emphasizes clarity, results, and long-term partnership.

  • Base Salary: $6,800 – $9,200 gross per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Performance Incentive: Annual MBO bonus of up to 15%, determined by individual and team results.
  • Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO policy plus company holidays.
  • Commuter Assistance: Parking allowance, transit reimbursement, or commuter benefits.
  • Work-Life Integration: Hybrid schedule, flexible working hours, and a supportive, digitally enabled work culture.
  • Professional Development: Structured onboarding, dedicated mentorship from a senior colleague, access to training platforms covering financial consulting, liquidity management, corporate treasury, and soft skills. Individual training budget and support for professional certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or courses in cash management and working capital.
  • Office Perks: Modern workspace in Seattle’s business district featuring coworking areas, relaxation spaces, periodic team-building events, wellness program, gym discounts, and a culture rooted in transparency, meritocracy, and mutual support.
  • Career Advancement: Clear pathways toward Senior Account Manager, Team Lead, and other leadership positions.

Selection Process

All interviews will be conducted in English. You will meet with members of our management team, the HR department, and potentially international clients. This process is designed to assess your ability to operate in a global consulting environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different markets.

We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Seattle is a vibrant hub for business and finance in Washington — and we are proud to be part of it.
