Now, we’re looking for an experiencedWeb3 Finance & Accounting Manager to handle our financial operations with precision and efficiency.

#### What You’ll Do

• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper categorization of crypto and fiat transactions.
• Payments & Invoicing: Manage outgoing payments to vendors, freelancers, and partners (both crypto and fiat). Track client invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Crypto Expertise: Handle accounting for crypto transactions, including revenue recognition, token payments, and conversion tracking.
• Payroll & Expenses: Process team payments, reimbursements, and operational expenses while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Generate monthly P&L reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets to provide financial insights.
• Compliance & Taxes: Work with our legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with crypto accounting standards and tax reporting.

#### What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Accounting & Bookkeeping (3+ years preferred, agency experience is a plus).
• Crypto & Web3 Knowledge – You must be familiar with crypto payments, multi-chain transactions, wallets, and digital asset accounting.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and tools like Google Sheets.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized – You love keeping financials clean and accurate.
• Ability to Work Autonomously – We need someone proactive who can manage tasks independently.
