Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on finance leader to oversee financial performance across multiple business units, drive process improvement, and partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting and finance fundamentals with operational curiosity, leadership capability, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insight. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing day-to-day financial stewardship with broader initiatives such as reporting enhancements, automation opportunities, forecasting, and enterprise-wide process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead finance support for multiple business units, serving as both a strategic partner and financial steward for operational decision-making. Mentor and grow a team of finance individuals to assist in supporting a portfolio of companies. Own and improve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, accounting oversight, and performance visibility across assigned areas. Drive and support projects involving financial and nonfinancial metrics across multiple companies Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and decision-support tools, including automation and AI-enabled opportunities where appropriate.
