Clarest Health is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead and optimize the company's treasury function, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt administration, compliance reporting, and corporate insurance programs.

This highly visible individual contributor role is ideal for a treasury professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can independently manage critical financial processes. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive cash flow optimization, ensure compliance with lending agreements, manage financial risk, and support strategic business initiatives. Ideal candidates should bring deep treasury expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing banking relationships, cash forecasting, and debt obligations.
