PAY RANGE: $124,700 - $127,000.00 ANNUALLY LOCATION: REMOTE IN CALIFORNIA

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Senior Portfolio Manager will participate in performing financial research, underwriting, and review of highly complex relationships within Commercial Portfolio Management area. This position will receive, review, and research business financial statements and tax returns that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Resolve moderately complex issues and lead Commercial Portfolio team, to meet project deliverables, while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals. TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS: 1. Participate with the Commercial Lender in meetings with the client or prospects. 2. Interviews applicants to obtain sufficient information concerning their specific projects, financial needs, and goals to make acceptable risk determinations for existing portfolio. 3. Assist the Commercial Lender to assure that all relevant information is provided to the credit department in a timely and efficient manner so that all credits can be reviewed for risk migration in a timely manner. 4. Monitors ongoing risk of the exposure, including periodic reviews of the borrower and related entities. 5. Works closely with credit administrators, credit Analysts, Loan Processers, and other staff to assure high level of quality was previously completed in each credit application. 6. Ensures current risk assessment of each credit facility is accurate and escalates credits for which they have identified increased risk.
