Senior Investment Product Analyst

Job Duties

Provide new product development and product rationalization recommendations to Product Managers leveraging industry knowledge and experience (10%). Identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations for new product development and research initiatives by utilizing knowledge of competitive landscape, investor profiles, and current product offerings (10%). Collaborate with product managers to equip sales and marketing teams with tailored materials and product positioning support to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients and prospects (5%). Continuously review and assess current investment products for improvements in product positioning, portfolio performance by leveraging research, competitor analysis (2%). Author product positioning statements and substantiate product recommendations and strategic decisions (2%). Provide recommendations for new market entry or product enhancements by leveraging research on current and prospective markets and distribution channels to identify product trends, gaps, and opportunities (5%). Provide timely insights and analysis to account management, sales, product development, marketing, and other stakeholders, enabling effective collaboration in managing, developing, and distributing investment strategies (2%). Work with product managers to drive promotion of investment strategies within client networks by partnering across portfolio specialists, sales, distribution, account management, marketing, and investment teams, and recommending targeted outreach approaches (5%). Respond to RFPs and recommend relevant product solutions, leveraging identified growth opportunities and collaboration with sales and solutions teams (2%). Take ownership of 3-4 key initiatives within the team, working autonomously and in collaboration with the product manager to drive measurable results and continuous improvement (10%).
