The primary objectives and responsibilities of the role include

* ARR Reporting Ownership: Own end-to-end Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Accounting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of ARR data across systems. * Drivers Analysis: Analyze key drivers of ARR performance (new logo, expansion, contraction, churn, and FX impacts) and clearly communicate trends versus plan and prior periods. * Model Enhancement: Maintain and enhance ARR models and reporting tools to drive reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation. * ERP Optimization: Leverage NetSuite and other key data sources to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data. * Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies across ARR reporting, financials, and operational metrics. Stakeholder Deliverables: Build and maintain high-quality reporting packages for internal leadership, board members, and private equity partners with clear, actionable insights. *
