About the Role

Hims & Hers is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the growth of our Operations. This role will be the primary finance partner for a rapidly growing compounding manufacturing and pharmacy fulfillment operation, partnering with site leadership to manage labor, automation investments, and operational efficiency across multiple 350K+ sq ft facility with a multi-million dollar cost structure. The sites are scaling rapidly as Hims & Hers expands its operational capabilities, creating constant opportunities to improve processes and rethink how work gets done. Many of the problems this role will tackle will not have predefined frameworks or clean data. The right candidate is extremely curious, learns fast, collaborates well, and is energized by problem solving. This is not a purely reporting-focused FP&A role.
