Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. Duties

• Develop comprehensive financial projection models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare and interpret complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Perform data analysis using advanced Excel techniques and business intelligence tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and other statutory filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial sales strategies, pricing models, and investment evaluations.
• Assist in the development of financial report writing that clearly communicates findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Participate in internal control assessments related to corporate accounting processes and accounting systems integrity.
• Provide expertise in technical accounting issues, including profit & loss analysis, cost accounting, and organizational financial management.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements by leveraging financial software solutions and enhancing data analysis workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, public accounting, or a similar environment with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models and forecasts using Excel data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with financial reporting software, business intelligence tools, and accounting systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss statements, budgeting, pricing strategies, and investment analysis.
• Strong data analysis skills combined with quantitative analysis expertise for accurate financial forecasting and variance reporting.
• Effective communication skills for clear financial report writing and interpretation of complex data insights.
• Organizational agility to collaborate across departments on strategic planning initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.
