Remote Customer Service Specialist (Finance & Insurance)

Turing is looking for candidates who have solid experience in customer service, client relations, or account management within the finance and insurance sectors. Role Overview:* In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your expertise in financial services and customer communication. * No prior AI experience is required. * These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to enhance customer experience, streamline service workflows, and improve communication quality in finance and insurance operations.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like

* Design and solve real-world customer interaction and service scenarios to test AI reasoning. * Write clear, structured solutions and dialogues covering claims assistance, policy inquiries, financial product guidance, and client communication. * Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, empathy, and compliance with financial and insurance standards.

Requirements

* 4+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Specialist, or Client Support professional in the finance or insurance sector. * Excellent English communication and reasoning skills. * Ability to simplify and explain complex financial or insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner.
