### The Role

The Recruitment Administration Specialistrole providesefficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.

### Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee account-specific administration activities for the following scope of services: job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, pre-employment screening or reference checks initiations or verifications, candidate care, offer management, onboarding, off boarding, invoice administration, applicant tracking system updates, and requisition management
• Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., updating Operations Manual or other process documentation
• Completing reports and trackers accurately and to deadlines
• Create, process, and manage offers across multiple talent segments, including Campus Hires, Early Careers, Mid-Career Professionals and Executive Hires
