Real Estate Investment Associate – Acquisitions

Casey Capital is a residential real estate investment firm acquiring properties through structured sourcing systems, strategic agent outreach, and disciplined underwriting.

We are currently expanding our acquisitions division and seeking Investment Associates to support sourcing, evaluating, and advancing residential opportunities within designated territories.

This is a production-driven role built for individuals who want hands-on exposure to the investment process — not an administrative support position.

Structured onboarding, systems access, and performance benchmarks are provided.

Position Overview

The Acquisitions Associate is responsible for identifying residential investment opportunities, analyzing deal viability, and advancing properties through the evaluation and offer stage.

Associates operate within assigned geographic territories and are expected to build consistent sourcing pipelines while working within defined acquisition criteria.

This role is designed to develop real investment skill sets — including underwriting, negotiation exposure, and transaction management.

Core Responsibilities

• Source residential opportunities across on-market and off-market channels
• Analyze properties using company underwriting guidelines
• Communicate with listing agents, homeowners, and internal team members
• Assist in drafting and presenting purchase offers
• Track and manage opportunities through contract execution
• Build territory-level sourcing infrastructure after onboarding

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
