Pricing Analyst

Position Purpose

The Pricing Analyst at SRS Heritage Group plays a pivotal role in enhancing company profitability by optimizing pricing strategies and margin realization for business customers. Utilizing advanced Excel and office automation skills, the candidate will perform robust sales and item analysis, maintain and update the ERP database, and collaborate with regional and branch managers to address diverse pricing challenges. The position requires exceptional analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an innovative approach to streamline processes, ensuring effective communication across all management levels and contributing to the organization's growth and success in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to conduct comprehensive sales and item analysis, driving price and margin optimization while ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update the ERP database to support efficient pricing and costing functions, leveraging office automation skills to enhance data integrity and streamline processes.
• Collaborate closely with regional and branch managers to address and resolve pricing challenges, fostering strong relationships and facilitating informed decision-making for optimal pricing solutions.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management to implement daily pricing changes, including conducting quarterly reviews and implementing price adjustments throughout the year, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Sales Managers to gather and analyze business intelligence, enabling data-driven regional price recommendations for both commodities and large-ticket items to enhance market responsiveness and competitive edge.
